November is Mouth Cancer Action Month, a charity campaign to raise awareness of mouth cancer and save lives. Three signs and symptoms that should not be ignored are: ulcers that do not heal within 3 weeks; red and white patches in your mouth; unusual lumps or swellings in your mouth, jaw or neck. If you notice these or any changes in your mouth, visit your dentist or doctor immediately as early detection could save your life! Rest assured all dentists at Elmsleigh House are trained to look for early signs of mouth cancer during routine dental check-ups. www.elmsleighhouse.co.uk/november-is-mouth-cancer-action-month-2/... There are so many easy ways you can help your local wildlife this winter. Why not build a log pile, create a hedgehog home or make a bird feeder? Keep an eye out for winter thrushes, robins and finches - you may even spot a waxwing feasting on berries if the weather turns really cold! bit.ly/2gdbOPI#BusterTheBoxer
