What is the best way to brush my teeth?

Brush for a minimum of 2 minutes at least twice a day. Tilt your brush at a 45° angle and use gentle, circular strokes, paying extra attention to where the tooth and gum join, hard-to-reach back teeth and areas around fillings or crowns.
