Booking your appointment

You can phone 01252 713797 to make an appointment from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and timed to your individual needs - the long-term health of your teeth depends on this. If you have an urgent dental problem, please call before 10am and we will arrange to see you as soon as possible.

Out of hours appointments

Outside clinic hours please call 01252 713797 to access our answer phone, which provides an emergency number for you to contact one of our own dentists, ensuring that you always have access to prompt advice and treatment.

Cancelling your appointment

We do not overfill our appointments schedule to allow for cancellations, and therefore appreciate 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Our answering service on 01252 713797 is always available to take messages when the clinic is closed. If an appointment is not attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you may be charged at the rate of £30 per hour for the dentists’ or hygienists’ time.
