1.1. This Website is owned and operated by Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic. Any appointment or information request made through the Website will be with Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic. Access is provided to this Website in accordance with the Conditions set out here below. Any use of this Website will be subject to these Conditions.

We will aim to respond promptly to all calls and e-mails received outside of these working hours on the following working day. All our our practice policies are available upon request.
2. Definitions
"Conditions" means these terms and conditions of use herein described;

"Eire" means the Republic of Ireland;

Appointment Cancellation
4.1 If you request an appointment with us you have the right to cancel up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours we have the right to charge a fee for basic expenses and loss of surgery time, this value will be based upon the appointment length & type. If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying us then the full fee for that appointment will be charged.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
