First of all we hope you have kept safe and well during the Covid-19 pandemic. If you were wondering when dentists will reopen, we are delighted to say now as of Monday 8 June! Our team at Elmsleigh House are well and have been working behind the scenes to ensure we have the latest technology and enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE) to open safely and protect our patients and team.
We will be working together in a different way to adhere to our Covid-19 reopening policy, which can be read in full here.
We have also put together a short video to show all we have put in place with your safety in mind. So you can be assured that when you come to your appointment at Elmsleigh House you will be receiving treatment in the safest possible environment.
With an unprecedented demand, we are initially opening to help those who are experiencing dental pain or in need of emergency dental treatment. We are also welcoming patients who were midway through treatment before our unforeseen closure, including orthodontic reviews to continue with the next stage of your bespoke brace or aligner treatment.
Our priority is to ensure our patients are not experiencing pain and are able to complete their treatment. We also welcome new patients if you need dental care, but will not be able to offer general check-ups or hygiene appointments to our patients until we have caught up on treatments.
If you had an appointment in place that was cancelled due to our closure, rest assured our reception team will be in contact to rebook you in for your treatment as a priority.
If you were waiting to book an appointment for treatment, you are due your orthodontic review or you are experiencing dental pain or need emergency treatment, you can call 01252 713797 between 8am–6.00pm, and our reception team will arrange an appointment accordingly. Outside of clinic hours, you can leave a message on our answerphone or you can email info@elmsleighhouse.co.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that a fee for enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE) will be added at a cost of £10 or £30, depending on type of appointment.
