Our Elmsleigh House team and family members are using their daily activity to run, bike and walk around the UK coastline - that's 17,820km!
We are doing this to raise money for two charities - Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care in Farnham, and Frimley Health Charity, which raises money for Frimley Park Hospital. Both are working especially hard during this difficult time.
We have set up two fundraising pages, with an aim to raise at least £1000 each for these charities.
Frimley Health Charity
Frimley Health Charity supports Frimley Park Hospital as part of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, enhancing patient care and funding enhanced facilities and medical equipment. Right now, the NHS is under severe strain and the hospital’s incredible staff are working around the clock, under huge pressure, to guarantee patients receive the care they need in these most difficult times. All donations will support local hospitals and NHS staff when they need it the most.
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care provides a range of free services to ensure that adult patients and families living with an advanced or terminal illness (such as cancer, heart, lung or neurological disease) can make the most of their lives…because every day is precious.
Together we are striving to ensure our daily exercise counts, both towards our physical and mental health, and towards these very worthy charities. We hope you agree!
