Request appointment

A member of our Welcome Team will put you at ease from the moment you enter our clinic. We limit the number of appointments each day, so you will be seen punctually.

If you are early for your appointment, you are welcome to sit in our waiting room until your dentist or clinician comes to greet you. They will bring you to their surgery and introduce you to the dental nurse assisting. In our comfortable treatment chairs you can listen to music to aid relaxation; we also offer sedation options if you are especially nervous of treatment.

Click to read our Welcome brochureWe keep our clinic immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming. We sterilise all instruments between patients using state-of-the-art equipment, and all surfaces are disinfected. Any ready-sterilised surgical items and all cups, gloves and hand towels are disposed of after a single use.

As a medical setting we will continue to adhere to guidelines set out by governing bodies, and will still work with enhanced PPE (personal protective equipment), virus filtration and a stringent infection control policy in place to protect our patients and team. As part of our policy, we ask that if patients have had a cold sore (caused by the herpes simplex virus) for less than two weeks, to reschedule any non-emergency appointments until after this contagious period has passed.

We are always open about our policies and prices, so that everything is transparent and you are never left guessing. Our fees reflect the highest standard of treatment and care, and we guarantee that our fees quoted will not change throughout your treatment. For larger treatment plans, we are happy to spread the cost throughout your treatment to ensure you can access the dental care you need. Our patient coordinator, Georgie Price, will be happy to discuss this with you.

Find out about our treatments

All of our dentists are highly qualified, our specialists have completed years of advanced training, and our dental implant team offer expertise in complex techniques. We are trusted by dentists from other practices who refer their patients to us for complex and specialist treatments such as dental implants, and we run courses to share our knowledge with other dentists.

Accessibility

Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic is easily accessed by the M3, A3, A31 and M25. Click to find directions on Google Maps.

Free parking spaces for two hours can be found at the rear of the practice in The Fairfield and surrounding roads behind the practice, with level access to the back of the clinic from The Fairfield. Please ensure you park in the designated parking bays and not in front of neighbours’ drives or dropped kerbs, or on double yellow lines. Many thanks.

There are public car parks at Farnham train station and in Farnham town, within short walking distance. The clinic is located directly opposite Farnham train station, with trains running twice an hour directly to Waterloo.

There is level access from the rear of the practice with downstairs surgeries and a larger, downstairs toilet that is wheelchair friendly, ensuring all patients can access dental care. Please discuss your individual requirements with the Welcome Team when booking your appointment.

We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you experience the most professional and comfortable treatment during your visit.
