At Farnham practice Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic, we are proud to offer a number of subtler treatment options for those who seek to straighten their teeth. At our Farnham clinic, our specialist in orthodontics is Kostas Spathoulas, who provides a range of orthodontic solutions – both braces and aligners – to patients of all ages. Whilst braces remain, in many cases, the best way to straighten teeth, giving your orthodontist maximum control over the movement of each tooth, there are obvious issues with traditional metal appliances when it comes to the treatment of adult patients. A lot of adults dream of a perfectly aligned smile, but because they think metal braces are the only option they are put off from seeking treatment. Discreet orthodontics, which involves using subtler appliances to move the position of the teeth, is one of the most rapidly expanding areas in the modern dental world. At our Farnham clinic we invite any adults interested in teeth straightening treatment to join us for a consultation with Kostas to discover more about how he can help. Treatment can improve your dental health as well as your confidence. **Farnham orthodontics** [Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic](https://www.elmsleighhouse.co.uk/) offers treatments with both braces and aligners. Your orthodontist will discuss the pros and cons of each option, and explain exactly what is involved, when you come into our Farnham clinic for a consultation. Treatment options include: **Incognito lingual braces** These fixed appliances can treat a full spectrum of orthodontic conditions, and whilst they are made from metal they come with one major difference. Incognito braces are fitted to the rear surfaces of the teeth, thus will go unnoticed in everyday life. **Invisalign aligners** Treatment with Invisalign involves the use of a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually move your teeth. The system is invisible to the untrained eye, and requires no special dental hygiene techniques during treatment. **[Cfast braces](https://www.elmsleighhouse.co.uk/treatment/faster-orthodontics-farnham/)** This subtle system uses clear brackets and a nickel-titanium wire to exert gentle pressure on the teeth. ![](https://static.hubspot.com/final/img/content/email-template-images/placeholder_200x200.png) [Previous Post](https://www.elmsleighhouse.co.uk/blog/using-dental-implants-to-replace-your-missing-teeth) [Next Post](https://www.elmsleighhouse.co.uk/blog/dentures-the-essential-guide) ### CONTACT US TO BOOK OR FOR MORE INFORMATION © 2026 Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic.
