As reported in The Dentist (July 2015), the popular cookbook author, Sue Simkins, has launched her seventh cook book. Sugar Free Baking gives recipes that replace sugar with xylitol, a natural sugar substitute.
According to the author "At the same time as baking is seeing a surge in popularity, there have also been a number of reports about the negative effects sugar has on our bodies and teeth.
